About
Dr. Kurth’s interests are focused on developing time-efficient exercise programs centered around behavioral factors that influence exercise adherence, particularly in older adults. Dr. Kurth’s work aims to design practical, scalable programs that are widely accessible to older adults to improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and promote long-term participation. When asked why he wants to be involved with the Roybal Center: "My interest in becoming involved with the Roybal Center is driven by our shared interest in translating behavioral science into real-world, scalable programs aimed at improving functional health outcomes. I am particularly interested in the optimization of message delivery to support adherence after other intervention supports are removed."
